Fred Potthoff offers the real estate client a unique perspective for property investigation, purchase and development. With his background as a General Building Contractor involved in residential construction in the Napa Valley for the past 20 years, he has expertise in understanding both a property’s potential as well as its structural value.

A graduate of Sonoma State University with a degree in Environmental Planning, Fred brings a real understanding of the relationship between growth and maintenance of the bucolic beauty of the Napa Valley.

For the past seven years Fred has volunteered his time and building skills to a housing project in Nicaragua that involved the construction of 42 homes which are being given to needy families.
