Gina's
greatest asset is her boundless energy. She never stops working for her clients,
pursuing every opportunity, investigating every angle to reach their goals. This
dedication has allowed her to firmly establish herself as the agent-of-choice
for those seeking the good life in the Napa Valley.
With one foot planted in the City and the other in St. Helena, she is in the perfect
position to serve Bay Area clients who want to rent a luxury summer house, purchase
a second home or move permanently to the Wine Country. Her link to a wide range
of potential Bay Area renters and buyers has helped Ritchie Hallanan's Napa Valley
office grow quickly.
Gina moved to the valley in 1997 and opened the Napa Valley office of Ritchie
Hallanan in the fall of 2000. Although she grew up in San Francisco, she spent
15 years summering in her family's second home near St. Helena, so she knew the
Valley well.
Before
launching her real estate career, Gina was in advertising sales. She worked as
a media consultant for Hal Riney & Partners (now Publicis-Hal Riney) in San
Francisco, serving such clients as Gallo Wines, Dreyer's Ice Cream and Perrier.
She eventually moved to the publication side of the businesses including a stint
in the Southern Regional Sales Office for Conde Nast's House & Garden Magazine.
With her gift for selling and her attention to detail, the switch to real estate
was a natural.
A
third generation San Franciscan, Gina grew up in Presidio Heights, attended Katherine
Delmar Burke School for Girls and graduated from University High School. She went
on to graduate from the University of California, Berkeley in 1984 and since that
time has lived and worked in Seattle, Cleveland, Memphis and Atlanta as well as
San Francisco. Her ties to San Francisco remain strong as she owns investment
property in the City and remains an active member of the Junior League and the
Junior Committee of the San Francisco Symphony.
She
and her husband are raising their three children in the small town atmosphere
of St. Helena and playing an active role in the community has allowed Gina to
remain on top of the upvalley real estate market through her day-to-day contacts.
This insight, coupled with her organization skills and enthusiasm is the perfect
combination for those seeking prime property and luxury short and long-term rentals
in the Wine Country. |
