Cia Townsend represents 25 years of San Francisco residential real estate experience. In 1986, she co-founded Town & Company and established a pre-eminent service specializing in San Francisco's north waterfront. Because Cia has concentrated on San Francisco real estate, she has a massive database of real time information on the condition of properties past ownership history, and pricing.

A native of New York, Cia relocated to San Francisco after a successful first career as an international model. She is the mother of two boys, and has served on several community organizations principally focused on education and the arts. Cia is also a board member of "42nd Moon," a theater organization, and a member of the ARCS Foundation, an organization that funds college scientists.
