Like the principals of Ritchie Hallanan, Mr. McInerney is a multi generation Native San Franciscan. Before joining the Company he was responsible for approximately 7000 transactions totaling $7 Billion as a managing Broker of TRI Coldwell Banker in San Francisco. Prior to that Mr. McInerney was a real estate partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, one of the nation’s leading law firms. From January 1996 through June 2002 Mr. McInerney served the citizens of the City and County of San Francisco as a Member and President of the Board of Permit Appeals where he participated in nearly 3,000 hearings, mostly related to land use disputes. He also developed over 150 condominiums in San Francisco in the past 10 years and numerous luxury residences.
