John M. Casey provides 28 years of real estate marketing experience to each client he serves. For the last 12 years John has focused on the purchase and sale of homes, condominium and residential “income” properties and the financial analysis and placement of 2-20 unit buildings City-wide.

John believes time, patience, and a sense of humor are but a few of the major ingredients of a successful real estate transaction. A broker must be sensitive to and address the needs of his clients when negotiating and mediating a transaction.

Prior to his career in residential and investment properties, John spent 16 years in the field of commercial real estate. Based in San Francisco, but operating nationwide, he specialized in property analysis and the structuring on “triple net” bond type leases for major corporations including Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods, general Cinema and Longs Drugs. A first generation Californian, John spent the early years of his business career on Wall Street in institutional sales. He was a member of the Bond Club of New York.

A graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, John pursued studies at the University of Paris and the New York University of Business. He is a golfer, a firehouse enthusiast, a member of the St. Andrew’s Society of San Francisco, the San Francisco Museum and Historical Society, and a board member of “Pocket Opera”.
