Marsha
is a 21-year resident of San Francisco, who grew up in Kansas City
and formerly lived in Washington, D.C. She is actively involved
in the community, fundraising for pediatric programs at California
Pacific Medical Center. She is a past president of CPMC's Little
Jim Club and was chairman of the Club's 50th Anniversary Mardi Gras
Ball in March 2002, which raised over $160,000 for hospital programs.
She continued her fundraising efforts in 2004 by being named the
top individual fundraiser and subsequently crowned "Queen"
of the Mardi Gras Ball.
Ms.
Williams received her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University
of Kansas. She spent sixteen years in the public relations and advertising
business and managed her own advertising firm for several years.
Her clients have included Macy's, Mervyn's, Alfred Dunhill, Kmart,
Southwestern Bell, Sprint, Carter Hawley Hale, RR Donnelley and
Petco.
She
brings her skills in negotiation, marketing and communications to
Ritchie-Hallanan and the real estate profession. As a residential
real estate agent, she enthusiastically applies her promotional
and creative talents to maketing your property for a quick sale.
In
her first year as a residential real estate agent, 1994, she was
elected Ritchie-Hallanan's Rookie of the Year. She has consistently
been one of the firm's Top Producing Agent from years from 1997
to 2004. She was recently appointed the firm's Estates Director.
