Rose Costello joins Ritchie Hallanan with 2 years of hands on Real Estate experience in client relations, marketing, financing, and sales. She oversaw more than 20 complete transactions in the last year, specializing in multi unit and tenancy in common property. Rose’s focus has shifted to single family residences and condominiums in San Francisco’s premier neighborhoods and up and coming markets. As a San Francisco native, Rose’s professional experience is enhanced by knowledge of the City’s diverse neighborhoods and their amenities. In a competitive market place, Rose is a valuable resource to her clients with both a local background and comprehensive market experience. When working with first time buyers and seasoned investors alike, Rose aims to better serve her clients with a strong commitment to consistency and integrity.

Rose attended St. Ignatius College Prep., where she is currently a member of the alumni board. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business and Marketing. Her subsequent experience living and traveling abroad has spawned her enthusiasm for architecture and Real Estate. Now residing in San Francisco, Rose loves to try new restaurants and attend sporting events in her spare time. She is a physical activities enthusiast and active member of San Francisco’s Olympic Club.
